Matthew and his wife, Rachel, met in St. Paul, Minnesota while he was attending Hamline University School of Law. They moved to the Coulee Region in 2005 and reside in Onalaska with their four children. The children’s sports and musical activities keep Matthew and Rachel busy. Matthew enjoys vegetable gardening, and cooking in his free time.
